The personal data (name, address, e-mail, telephone) provided by the client to Cutrico Hair OÜ will be entered into our client database and used for the performance of the sales contract. Cutrico Hair OÜ reserves the right to send information about new products and promotional offers to the Customer’s e-mail address. The client has the right to request the deletion of his/her data from the Cutrico Hair OÜ database.
The personal data provided by the Customer will not be disclosed to third parties, except if the method of order delivery chosen by the Customer requires it and in cases provided for by law.
Cutrico Hair OÜ uses personal data to provide services to the Client, for further development and personalization.
Encrypted data communication with banks when paying for purchases ensures the security of the Customer’s personal bank details, which Cutrico Hair OÜ does not have access to.
Cutrico Hair OÜ is the controller of personal data, Cutrico Hair OÜ forwards the personal data necessary for the execution of payments to the processor Maksekeskus AS.
